The story of Al-Khabbaz began in 1996 by Youssef Karim Abdel Salam Khalil, who sought to provide fresh baked goods with natural ingredients at affordable prices for all segments of society.

The journey started from the Maadi branch, and with great success, the company expanded by establishing an integrated factory to produce various types of baked goods, Eastern and Western sweets. Today, it has multiple branches in Cairo and Giza,

and continues to excel by offering sweets with authentic taste and high quality using natural ingredients such as sugar, butter, local ghee, and the finest dairy and flour.
